Jessica E. Ray
Jessica assists individuals and families in simple and complex estate planning, including business succession planning and charitable giving. Jessica’s estate planning practice focuses on the creation of trusts to protect and preserve assets, including living trusts, spousal, family and special needs trusts, charitable trusts, insurance trusts, Medicaid trusts, credit shelter trusts, and dynasty trusts. Jessica represents banks and companies with trust powers in litigation. Jessica represents clients with a wide range of estate issues in litigation, including will contests, removal and appointment of fiduciaries, and family disputes. Jessica has experience in the appointment of a representative in guardianships and conservatorships.

Jessica guides clients through the probate and administration process. Jessica has experience representing executors, administrators, and trustees to ensure compliance with fiduciary duties. Jessica also has vast experience representing beneficiaries and heirs to ensure proper estate or trust administration, accurate distributions, and timely closure of estates.
