David M. Jecklin
David M. Jecklin is a member at Lewis Gianola PLLC and practices in its litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, and bankruptcy matters. If a legal matter can end up in a courtroom, it can end up on his desk! The types of cases that Dave works on are highly personal to his clients. Accordingly, a hallmark of the legal work that Dave and his team bring to each case is listening to and interacting with their clients so they can provide the best legal services possible. Dave has been a licensed attorney in West Virginia since October 2004, and Linda Helmick and Carrie Franks have been his teammates every step of the way.
Since 1992, Dave has also worked for the MetroNews Radio Network. Before going to law school in 2001, Dave was a sports/new anchor for MetroNews providing hourly new/sports casts to 40+ radio affiliates in West Virginia. Since 2002, Dave has been a co-host of MetroNews High School Football Game Night which has won numerous National and West Virginia broadcasting awards.
Dave is married to Kristy Jecklin, and they have three children. Dave and Kristy live in Morgantown, West Virginia and are actively involved with Faith Baptist Church and Morgantown Christian Academy.
