Kevin’s practice includes commercial and residential real estate projects, transactions, financing, leasing, servitudes and community and homeowner associations. He is an approved attorney and agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company.

Kevin represents businesses in routine and complex transactions and prepares estate and trust plans. Kevin emphasizes compassion and attentiveness to his clients, with the goal of responding to their needs thoughtfully and personally.

Kevin has assisted commercial entities in acquiring new spaces for those businesses to grow and thrive. This has included assisting a church organization with the purchase of the church building it had been previously renting, and helping an outdoor tourism company acquire additional land to expand its whitewater rafting business.

Kevin has also helped hundreds of homeowners get through the process of buying a new home, and really enjoys helping those buyers clear the various hurdles that come up during that process, and get them to their goal. Kevin’s preparation and attention to detail are keys in keeping the closing process on track. Kevin gets great satisfaction from finding a solution that keeps a transaction moving forward when it appears circumstances will derail a deal.
