Kevin Connoley is an Associate at Lewis Gianola in the Morgantown office. Kevin provides guidance and assistance to residential and commercial clients with real estate transactions, financing, and business matters. Kevin empowers clients to make smart, informed decisions that align with their best interests especially when they face complicating roadblocks to their goals.

Kevin’s practice includes commercial and residential real estate projects, transactions, financing, leasing, servitudes and community and homeowner associations.

He is an approved attorney and agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company.

Kevin represents businesses in routine and complex transactions and prepares estate and trust plans.

After a long career in commercial radio broadcasting, Kevin quickly developed a robust real estate and business practice. A familiar voice of North Central West Virginia’s morning routine, Kevin became an award-winning talker and presenter during a radio career of more than two decades that began in 1994 with Eric McGuire on The Eric and Kevin Show on WVAQ 102 FM and then The Kevin Connoley Show. Kevin’s radio programs were named “Best Morning Show” by the West Virginia Broadcasters Association a whopping six times and helped WVAQ win the National Association of Broadcasters’ coveted Marconi Award recognizing excellence in radio presentation.

Kevin is compassionate and attentive, always responding to client needs thoughtfully and personally.

Kevin earned a B.S. in Radio, Television and Film from Northwestern University in Chicago, before earning his law degree from West Virginia University. He developed a robust solo practice and joined Lewis Gianola in 2024.

Kevin enjoys traveling with his wife and three children, rooting for the WVU Mountaineers and St. Louis Cardinals, and playing golf.
