James Becker is Of Counsel with Lewis Gianola PLLC. He assists clients with business, corporate, and transactional matters, including business formation and dissolution, financing and mergers and acquisitions. James helps clients in all aspects of the transactional process, beginning with term sheet through closing and post-closing matters. James has assisted clients of all business sizes and across a variety of industries, including banks, distributors, hospitals, government entities, manufacturers, property owners’ associations, and real estate holding companies. Outside of Lewis Gianola, he is a Partner at Whitewater Capital Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm based in Charleston, WV.
