Jessica volunteers with Tygart Valley United Way each tax season through its volunteer income tax assistance program.

Jessica enjoys traveling to new places with her dog, Annie. She is a fan of the WVU Mountaineers and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Jessica is admitted to practice law in West Virginia’s federal and state courts.

Education

Jessica earned two B.B.A. degrees from Marshall University, one in Finance and the other in Economics. She graduated summa cum laude in 2021. She obtained her J.D. from from West Virginia University in 2024. At WVU, Jessica earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award® in business transaction drafting. She was involved in the law school’s Tax Law Society, Women’s Leadership Council, Republican National Lawyers Association, Business Law Society, and Christian Legal Society.

Jessica is a board member of Counsel Connections, a group dedicated to retaining and developing young professionals in West Virginia.
