Mark R. Burdette is an Associate at Lewis Gianola in the Charleston office. Mark focuses his practice on the ownership, development, and financing of residential and commercial real estate projects with services in title, title insurance, conveyancing, servitudes, entitlements, and financing. Mark helps manage the firm’s state-wide residential and consumer real estate transactions and morgtage practice representing national, regional and community lenders.

Mark represents many of the firm’s large number of community and homeowners associations in a broad range of matters. He advises HOA officers and directors on governance, management, collections, architectural reviews and enforcement of covenants and restrictions. He represents developers and owners with drafting of community documents and site planning and developments.

He represents business in formation, financing and contracts.

Mark was named to the Dean’s List during each of his four undergraduate years at West Virginia University. He was named to the President’s List and graduated magna cum laude in 2020. He obtained his J.D. from West Virginia University in 2023.
